$60,000 - $80,000 a year

This job can be described as:


We are currently seeking a Data Entry/Members Services Specialist to join our team that will be responsible for assisting the Members Services Department with data entry, including creating new profiles for experts and/or umbrellas in Company’s online platform, adding or deleting information from existing expert and/or umbrella profiles in the Company’s online platform, and entering notes in individual cases regarding the status of expert matching. This position will also be responsible for assisting with expert recruiting and conflict checks, as directed by the Legal Department.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Responsible for heavy data entry within the company’s portal to include ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clarity of data entered.

  • Locate and correct data entry errors.

  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

  • Manage the expert center portion of the company’s platform to ensure accuracy of information.

  • Members finding and matching on active files.

  • Assist with Members recruiting and conflict checks.


Candidate Requirements



  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • At least three (3) years of related legal experience.

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


Other Requirements:



  • Demonstrable track record to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Must reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States..

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to make repetitive motions, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects; lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.

What is the pay, hours, and benefits for this position?

  • Non-exempt position paying $60,000 - $80,000 a year, commensurate with experience.

  • Full-time position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week; additional hours may be required.
